Windows 10: W11 Kernel Errors 117 & 141 on Thinkpad

Windows 11 is hard crashing around 2x month and crashing, but recovering around 4x month screen goes black except cursor, then cursor disappears, then display refreshes and things look normal. System Specs:Thinkpad P1 G4 CPU: 11950HRAM: 64GBGPU: 3080 16GBStorage: 980 Pro 2TBSo far I've done testing both hardware p95, furmark, memtest, lenovo hardware scan etc and software sfc, dism, in place w11 reinstall etc. and haven't found any issues or been able to make the system crash intentionally. Never had system crash during gaming or creative apps, it's usually just during normal productivit

Kernel error 141 & 117

Hello

I get this kernel error 141 and 117 if i boot into the windows after leaving my computer off for at least 2 hours.

Once i get this error and computer reboots i don't have any issue using my computer for hours.

I thought this was windows error so i reinstalled windows but i have same issue. I am not running any OC or OC software at this time.

To solve this issue i tried:

1. Multiple different version of Nvidia drivers (used DDU to remove old driver before reinstall)

2. Updated my chipset driver and bios to the newest version

3. Reset bios to default option

4. Ran Aida64 stress test (CPU, MEM and GPU) for at least 6 hours (no issues).

5. Changed PSU (seasonic 760w platinum to NZXT 750w gold)

6. Reinstall windows.

Gskill Flare X5 5600 32GB DDR5

Nvidia RTX 3080FE

WD SN850 1tb

I really don't have any idea why this error happens if i boot my computer "cold".

Kernel error 141 & 117

Unfortunately, reinstalling nvidia driver following the steps from the link or in place upgrade did not work for me. I still got error 141 this morning and windows did not generate any minidump file this time.
