    W11 PRO - #1801 - "Can't find Printer error msg 1801"


    Hello, on 50 PCs just received, message 1801 ..Printers from different brands are stored on a print server. These work well with the company's other 150 PCs W10 and W11 Firewall disabled managed by BitDefender Gravity Zone. I can't find the solution and I have 50 people harassing me :- Would you have an idea? THANKS

    Is there a fix for windows 11 "Can't find Printer error msg 1801"

    When trying to add a printer, getting "We can't find the printer you're trying to install. Check to see if the printer was renamed and try to install it again or contact your network administrator for help. Error: #1801". I have tried installing as an administrator; nothing found in the registry; IP address install same msg; tried installing using network admin user profile; tried using command prompt install; l have also installed the drivers and a few others things to no avail. It is running windows 11 pro and up to date and trying to install a Canon C5860. I am able to install on other pc's without issue and I believe they are running win 10 pro Thanks

    Unable to connect printers; gives me the error code 1801

    Original Title: Error #1801

    I have a HP-15GO42DS laptop with windows 10 upgrade. After my last windows update i can no longer connect to my network on my laptop. I have used the add printers and scanner program and it sees the network but says it cannot connect and gives me the error
    code 1801. Can anyone help me?

    I am trying to use Vevor cutter plotter model number KI-720 on my HP Envy 360 Laptop via direct USB. I have installed the most recent version of SignMaster software, as well as the driver software for the vinyl spinner. I was able to utilize the cutter for
    30 minutes before receiving error code 1801 (0x00000709) stating that I should "Check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network". I have reached out to the vevor support team and they informed me that this was an error resulting
    from Windows and it is out of their control. Please help!
