Windows 10: wallpaper lockscreen unknown picture

its been happening for 1 week my wallpaper and lockscreen changeby itself with unknown persons photos and I tried with changing photos in my background and lockscreen and sync settings and even with firewall but no change

Lockscreen Wallpaper

I am unable to change the lock-screen wallpaper. Whenever I select a picture to set as lockscreen, a message pops up saying"try a different photo". If I try to change it from the personalize window, the picture keeps buffering and there is no actual change.

 

Lockscreen Wallpaper is missing

After the recent update my pc is showing a black lockscreen instead of windows spotlight.... this problem is only when i select windows spotlight. If i select any other picture other than spotlight for lock screen then I am getting the wallpaper correctly,
but when i choose spotlight as lockscreen and sign in page it is not showing the image.

I share, his thoughts. It would be nice to see this freature, and i'm not programer, but I think isn't hard to archive.
