Windows 10: Want to Confirm if my Product key is Genuine or not?

Hi,Actually till yesterday I was using Windows 10 Pro without Activation. A friend of mine gifted me a License Key and it worked! I want to confirm if it is genuine or not. It is showing this in the Activation Page:I tried using some slmgr command an got the following results:a slmgr.vbs /dlib slmgr.vbs /xprc slmgr.vbs /dlvAfter seeing all this, can you please tell if my license is genuine or not... My name is Freddys to check the windows license follow the steps below:

1. Open Command Prompt
   
2. Type slmgr /dlv
   
3. This will open Windows Script Host window
   

If it shows that the windows are activated till a certain date or it is not fully activated which means your Windows is either activated via organizations bulk purchased product key or it has been
activated using some kind of activation tool like KMSpico.

That isn't a genuine copy of Windows. Otherwise, it shows a license status: licensed without expiration time then is genuine.

Is Windows genuine if it has "a" product key?

I had the motherboard on my Acer T3-715 changed by a repair shop. They installed a different version of Windows on the PC. I found that the Windows installed by the shop could not update & not have the product key. The shop said that they could buy & provide "a" product key & the Windows would become genuine.

Is it true that a pirate Windows becomes genuine if it is given "a" product key?

open a cmd prompt and run

slmgr /dli

If your installation has no key at the moment it is not pirate at all.

It's just waiting for your to enter one and activate Windows.
