Windows 10: want to dwongrade from windows 2004 to 1909

Discus and support want to dwongrade from windows 2004 to 1909 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; i have owned windows 10 2004 for more then 30 days and would like to downgrade to 1909. i don't know how and need help, thankyou in advance....     1909 vs 2004

    I thought (maybe) or suggested (possibly) this seemed to be true immediately with 2004, but after being with it for a few days I do find & feel 2004 superior to 1909. No, this isn't from fancy lab set ups & testing
    or Swiss stop-watches... nothing but, plain ole everyday use.

    2004, same hardware, same software, definitely is faster, snappier, more responsive & more fluid than 1909 (was).

    Change of message on Windows Update as regards 2004

    I would suggest reading the list of Known Issues.

    I was able to force install it in early June, and I tested it for a couple days before rolling back to 1909.

    Microsoft apparently has now decided to block force installs.

    1909 Install ISO no longer available (2004 upgrade currently blocked)

    I have a similar issue but want 1909 on USB.

    I had 1909 on USB until it was suggested it may be a corrupt and when i tried to recreated it i ended up with 2004, i now have 2004 installed but nothing but problems. I have a new Motherboard due and want a clean install of 1909 and when 2004 is fit for use
    i will try again.

    Any Ideas please!
