    Hi,

    I had to reset my Acer Nitro5 (AMD Radeon RX 560X) and install a fresh copy of Windows (19042.685) and since the colors have been very messed up. Fully washed out, text is not properly visible, hues are very off, night light keeps turning off momentarily in between during usage, and the display colors are also changing with every page / app wrt the page colors and contents.

    I tried using the AMD Catalyst Control Center to set dynamic range between 0-255 but I do not notice any difference.

    Any idea how I can fix this?

    I wonder why nobody has suggested the OP to make a screenshot of display showing these "washed out colors"? Everything I have read in this thread suggests that the issue is not in Windows, but instead in display / monitor.

    My suggestion: next time you'll see these washed out colors, make a screenshot and post it here. If the screenshot shows us that colors are OK, then the issue is your monitor failing.

    Washed out colors

    Love my 1520. However, I sent a text today and my phone proceeded to power itself off randomly right after. Upon powering the device back on, all of my colors appear very washed out/dim. I typically use the bright green, but now it looks like a faded lime
    green instead(tried different colors with the same results). All of my brightness and display settings are unchanged.

    If anyone has some idea or has experienced this issue themselves, please let me know.
