Phone Call. Clicking Conf ID link attempts a second call, rather than enter the digits for the bridge.

How can I get the Conf ID link in my meeting invites to dial the digits into my existing call? It currently attempts to dial the Conf ID as a new phone call, and places the original call on hold?

EXAMPLE

- Open Calendar Item

- Click Dial in Number for Conf Call

- Phone Dials

- Click bottom half of screen, and calendar items opens again

- Click Conf ID link, and the phone places first call on HOLD, and attempts to dial 5 digit Conf ID as a new number

"How do I get it to just enter the 5 digits at the conf ID prompt?

 

I CAN'T RECEIVE A CONFIGURATION SETTING ON MY C2-01!

i can't receive any conf. Setting on my phone. I already contacted the customer hotline. But i can't receive even if the agent said she made a conf. Settings and she already delivered it to my help. Pls help guys! I want to receive a multimedia. Without
conf. I can't do it . Haist!
