Way to bring back the "Windows has unexpectedly shut down" message?

Context: A family member of mine uses the same PC as mine and I've already told her countless times to wait for the lights on the PC to disappear before unplugging, however sometimes she doesn't and as a result I've had to wait for five minutes for the Windows logo to even disappear. Another one minute for the login screen to even pop up!

So, as the title says, is there any way to bring back the old "Windows has unexpectedly shut down" message back in the Windows 7 days so she gets used to properly shutting it down next time? It would be really great for me. (And for my dying hard drive.)

Version I'm using is 1909 if that helps.

    Cheers!

    :)

OK, first complete your system specs, as it will help us diagnose your problem. Second, can you be a bit more descriptive about the "shut off"? Does it go through the windows shut down procedure, or does the power just shut off completely?

    Shut down unexpectedly BSOD

    Thank you for your reply.

    1. I did a clean install of Windows 10 download from Microsoft and installed the latest updates via Windows Update. Today I turned on the PC and the BSOD appeared.

    2. The error message shown in the event log says "Shut down unexpectedly".
