Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC x64 1809



Once in 15 - 60 minutes (always different) I have a notification about installing some new weatures to windows ("We are adding some new features to windows"). In five minutes after this I have a new notification about windows error ("Something happened and we couldn't install a feature."). It's really annoying.

If I click this notification, I see this:





Early I tried to install a russian language pack. It's my native language. But this error don't let me do this. Can anyone help me? What should I do?
Or I can refuse installing language pack, I can use only English, but how can I turn off these notifications?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Since Windows 10 was downloaded, I received this message: We are adding some new features to windows. It will only take a few minutes. After a brief moment, I receive a new message: Something happened and we could not install a feature

 

Windows 10 'We are adding a new feature' problem


Since installing Windows 10, my laptop regularly pops up with a message saying 'we are adding a new feature/features,this may take a while' then two or three seconds later, it pops up a message saying 'something happened,click here for further information' and when you click, it just takes you to a list of typing options.

Does anyone know how I can a) get it to update whatever it's trying to update properly, or b) turn off the annoying notifications?
