"We can't sign in to your account" Pop Up

Hi everyone!I turned on my computer yesterday to a pop up reading "We can't sign in to your account. This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account then signing back in. If you don't sign out now, any files you create or changes you make will be lost." The pop up has the options "Sign out" and "Close." ScreenshotIn addition to the pop up, I noticed most of the files on my desktop were gone. After looking through file explorer, I believe all the files are still on my hdd and ssd. Initially, I did as the pop up said and signed out and back in. This didn’t change anything. Next,

    :)
