    Windows specifications:

    Edition Windows 10 Home

    version 20H2

    OS build 19042.685

    Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0



    I checked for driver updates.

    Updated the windows.

    followed an article of yours by stopping and restarting windows Biometric service and removing winbiodatabase folder contents.

    Still nothing works.

    The camera is working properly when i turn it on.

    For your help pls.

    Windows Hello

    Hello,

    I just got a new laptop MSI prestige 15 and I am unable to set my Windows Hello Face (fingerprint works fine). At the settings sign-in options it says that "This option is currently unavailable-click to learn more." "We couldn´t find a camera compatible
    with Windows Hello Face." My windows is up to date.

    Thank you for any suggestions.
