Windows 10: We couldn't install Windows 10 Error 0x800707E7 - 0x3000D Win 10 pro from version 1809 to...

Hi All


I have been trying to upgrade my Windows 10 Pro from version 1809 to the latest version 1909 multiple times with always the error at the end of it...



I've tried a lot of things that I found on google, here on this forum, and multiple other forums, but none of those worked.

I also saw the same issue with other user and I tried those suggestion nothing worked.



I also tried using the media creation tool as well same results


So the install/upgrade of Windows goes on, it reboots 2 times the computer with always lots of loading and installing percentages, the usual stuff. And then after maybe 30-45 minutes the computer reboots back undoing modifications and a window pops saying :


"The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation"

Error code 0x800707E7 - 0x3000D

Hello

I tried to update my pc from windows 10 pro version 1909 to version 2004 but every time I got the error code 0x800707E7 - 0x3000D. I tried all suggestions that Microsoft and other forums mentioned but it did not help. I disconnect all external hardware,
disable antivirus, use DSM, ...etc. but no help. Always getting the same error code. I use windows assistant and media creation tool but always getting the same error code. In my kids pc the update succeeded using media creation tool, and also succeeded in
my laptop with regular update. Could you please help me with upgrading my pc to windows 10 version 2004.

Hello, these days I was trying to install Windows 10 on my Windows 7 starter, as it was almost installed I got the error 0x800707E7 - 0x3000D at 56% of the final download, I was looking for answers but none of them helped me.

My notebook meets all the features to install Windows 10 and uninstall all antivirus.

I'm trying to update my PC from Windows 7 to 10. I use the media creation tool and the update will proceed roughly half-way before it rolls back and i get the following error message:

0x800707E7 - 0x3000D

I have already researched this problem on the web and tried pretty much every troubleshooting step I could find, but without success.
