Windows 10: We do not support that country code. Please use email instead. error

you guys can call me AmberHi guys. Today I was like adding my phone number to my account cuz my email can't receive in 24hr. Idk why so I was just adding phone number for activating my laptop. And when I type my phone number...kaboom! A huge big notification "We do not support that country code. Please use email instead." pops up =The country code and the phone number is:+84 35****729Yeah fr idk why but I tried some virtual +84 phone number, it still works =Please help me

This error code is displayed when checking email, correct?

I do not like to suggest hard resets all the time to solve everything.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
