Windows 10: "We encounter an error. Please try signing in later" After Windows 10 recovery

I'm getting this error every time I try and log into Windows 10. I noticed this after my computer crashed and I gone over to an IT place and so they fixed the error. They said they fixed it by recovering damaged data from my hard drive. I got the PC back and the only problem is that signing in won't work and settings crash after a couple dozen seconds. I've literally tried every single fix I found on the internet. None of them worked. I'm convinced I have a broken Windows 10 installation. Any idea how to fix it? Also sorry if this is in the wrong topic, I can't find the one that would properly suit this.

Hello. I recently purchased a new laptop and tried signing into Windows Store many times but every time I tried, I got the message "We encountered an error. Please try signing in later." Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you!

 

Microsoft Store: We encountered an error please try signing in again later.

Followed all steps besides clean installation of windows 10 (I literally did that just a few months ago; i should not need to do it again) and nothing worked.

After resetting the store and everything when I tried to sign in it did prompt a few different things, enabling windows hello, enter passcode, etc, but at the end the same issue, encountered an error, please sign in again later.

holy **** is this frustrating.

I get the error ' We encountered an error. Please try singing in again later'.

I've logged out of local accounts, reset my cache, and set my Microsoft account sign-in assistant to automatic. This makes no sense and the error is lacking information at all.
