Windows 10: Weather and News settings page is empty

Hello to all,When I try to setup the new Weather and New widget on my Windows 10 top right 3 dots/ Language and content, I'm redirected to my Edge browser on page https://www.msn.com/fr-fr/feed/personalize/settings?ocid=winp1taskbar, but the page is empty, it shows nothing: I try other browser but the page isn't displayed...Any ideas on what is going on?Thanks in advance for the help,Best regards,Marc

What happens when you try to change the Weather Settings?

I suggest you to go to Weather Settings and changes the Weather Settings from Fahrenheit to Celsius and check. If it doesn't change, I suggest you to follow the below troubleshooting and check:

  Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  
• 
  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Yes, if you look at the new tab page, there is a gear icon on the right-hand corner of the new tab page, click on that then

1. Click Custom
2. Turn off Show Greetings

This will turn off your local weather. If you also want a blank tab: in custom choose Off in Background.
