Windows 10: Weather radar apps not working

A few months ago my weather radar apps stopped functioning correctly. I was using MyRadar which worked great. Now the app loads just fine, but it's like the data connection cuts out. The base map won't load beyond the the default view and the actual radar data never loads. Warning boxes on storms are there. So, I purchased Weather Radar Pro thinking maybe it was just MyRadar. Same exact thing. Base map mostly loads initially as well as warning boxes but the radar data itself won't load and if I zoom in/out on the map it doesn't download.

I reset Windows Explorer, my scaling is 100%. Is there something I'm missing?

The radar portion of my windows weather app has stopped working. All I get is a blank screen. It stopped after the last windows 10 update. I have tried app troubleshooter, uninstalled and reinstalled. Any suggestions?

I tried running the troubleshooter it could find no problems. I went back in time with recover, it did not help with the problem. all of the apps show in the start menu but clicking on any of them does nothing except blink. the apps in question are
news, money, weather an My Radar no adds. I have since put My Radar with adds an it works fine just putting up with the adds. this is happing on my desktop on my laptop all of this are working, I have gone throe and compared all the setting and can see
no differences. thanks.
