Windows 10: Web clients are not opening right away

just recently my web clients for Steam, blizzard and Origin will not open right away (google and edge are normal). It Use to take a 2 seconds now takes 14 seconds or more, It is like window 10 is having a hard time finding their location or it is not responding to the request right away. I have Norton and ran diagnostics with clean bill of health. I opened task manager utility to see if any other process are activated when opening, found nothing. I have also run checks on my systems drive, SSD Firmware and have defragged. With my computer is giving that all systems are ok i can only think that the latest update maybe the cause. I have not yet uninstalled the latest or last of Microsoft's updates. It's not that it's cause havoc, It's dam annoying.

Opening web pages in Windows 10

Which web browser are you using?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps

• Open the Web page.
• Click on Gear icon at the top right corner.
• Click on File and select Save as
• You can save in different format.
• Open file Explorer select and right click on web page which is saved in File Explorer.
  
• Select open with and Select WordPad or notepad.
• There you will be able to Edit .

Web cam on Skype

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Have you updated the drivers for the web cam?

Does this issue occur only on Skype?

I suggest you to install the attest drivers from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

To install the driver updates follow the below steps.

• 
  Open run command window( Windows key + R) and type devmgmt.msc
  
• 
  Right click on driver and select update driver software.
  
• 
  If the driver updates are not available install it from manufacture website.
