    My webcam a recent purchase is a White Shark GWC-003 Cyclops when I tested it on a Levono Idea pad 110s running an earlier version of windows 10,

    the camera was installed by the FOUND NEW DEVICE wizard and it works fine. however when I plug it into the PC ASUS K5130 UK there was no sign of the wizard; the Camera is visible in Device Manager under Camera as PC 1080P Camera and also in Device and Printers , but here it is only as an audio device. When I click on the Desktop Icon for the camera there is a blue screen with a camera image which goes black after a couple of seconds and then this message appears in white letters "Looks like another App is using the camera" the codes 0x00f4243 and 0xC00d3704 if you need them.

    Get help and OK . clicking on OK does not close the window or give any other options.

    Now before you tell me Uninstall and reinstall the camera, it's already been done several times to no avail. Seeking help from Cortana is no help either.



    I need a real solution to this issue
