Windows 10: webcam Professional lens 10x optical zoom not working

I have a Professional lens 10x optical zoom webcam with microphone and my windows 10 2014 version does not display it correctly.

It has the headphones and speaker icon in the settings bot not the camera. It also does not have it in the registry under its name, and the other settings and when I bought it it said that no drivers were needed.

Were should I go to get the drivers so my camera will display correctly in my camera app and the other areas also.

Accessing optical zoom(n93)

It is automatic (optical zoom is always on/enabled); the green zoom area is optical, orange is digital. In the camera mode, if you also turn "Extended zoom" on, you get more (red zoom area).

 

Optical Drive Issue

Appreciate your detailed return. Your added steps really helped.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?
