    I am having some issues recently with my web browser, Chrome. When I go to a website, for example gradescope, the elements do not display correctly. I am not using any extentions. However, after I reload the website, it becomes normal: Also, I have another issue for a few months where when I press ctrl + shift + h, it is supposed to open the recently closed tab, but it does not work now. There are no other applications using this shortcut. I use google dns, if that helps.Please help :

    Please don’t worry. We will assist you.

    The issue could occur if the program is incompatible with Windows 10 or program is corrupt.

    Refer to the below steps and check if it helps.

    I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall the Photo Shop Elements application in program compatibility mode on the Computer.

    Step 1: suggest you to uninstall the Photo Shop Elements application.

    1. Type "Control Panel" without the quotes in search box and click on it.

    2. Click on Programs.

    3. Click on Programs and Features.

    4. Right click on Photo Shop Elements from the list and click on Uninstall.

    Step 2: Try to run the Program Compatibility troubleshooter and try to install the
    Photo Shop Elements application. Check if it helps.

    1. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes on search box next to
    Start Menu and click on Troubleshooting.

    2. Click on View All the left panel of the screen and then click on
    Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.

    3. Then click on Next and follow the instructions.

    Scrabble fail to load properly playing through facebook....

    Hi Dai,

    This issue might have occurred because of browser cache and temporary files. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

    Please answer these questions to assist you better.

    • Do you get any error message?
    • Is the issue specific to Scrabble?
    • Have you tried playing Scrabble through Facebook app?

    I suggest you to try using Facebook app and play Scrabble check if you face issue while loading the game. Also try resetting Microsoft Edge.

    Resetting Microsoft Edge will clear Cache cookies and browsing history etc. Refer the steps below to reset Edge.

    Steps:-


          • First of all launch Microsoft Edge Browser.

          • After that click on “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see
            “Settings” option.

          • Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear”
            under “Clear browsing data” option.

          • Once you click on this option you will see list of feature like
    • Browsing History
    • Cookies and saved website data
    • Cached data and file
    • Download history
    • Form data
    • Password.
