Windows 10: "Website is online but isn't responding to connection attempts"

My Windows 10 tablet "Updated" and now I do not have internet whatsoever, it doesn't connect to my home wifi nor does it connect to my mobile hotspot. It won't even connect to the college wifi where I take classes, I have a yellow triangle under the wifi icon and when I run the troubleshooter, I always get a " Code: Website (www.microsoft.com) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts[/quote] " This message occurs on all wifi networks I try to connect to (Home, Mobile Hotspot, School) I cannot connect to Wifi at all since this "update" that supposedly "fixes" internet problems and security.

Can't connect to router

Everytime I try to connect to the ip address: "192.168.1.1", the page wouldn't open up. When I diagnosed the webpage, it said that "the website is online but isn't responding to connection attempts (port 80)". I've done this wirelessly before, but after
one day I couldn't access it anymore. Is there any way for me to access it? Do I need to have a wired connection to be able to access it?

 

The remote computer isn't responding to connections on port 1723

I keep getting "unable to connect to remote server" when I try to sign in to my vpn account. After troubleshooting：resource (amsterdam.unifiedvpn.com) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts.

Goto to Network Status in PC Settings and select Network Reset at the bottom of the screen. The PC will restart and you will need to renter the WiFi password.
