    At this point, I can't even access Windows to even hold down F2 or anything to get into BIOS. Whenever I select the Windows partition and wait a few seconds, I first get a black screen (no windows logo) then this happens:

    It's a blue screen with a black line it, I don't think I'll be able to fix this by myself and I think I'll have to take it in unless there is a possible fix that won't cost me.

    Yeah, you better take it in for service, some HW is bad for sure.

    If anyone else who actually has seen this issue before can help me out, I'd really appreciate it. I have some important files on my computer that I'd like to keep but can't access my computer as of now.

    Mac computer does not have a Bios, so you will not be able to boot into it on your iMac
    If this is happening while you load the Mac OS, then your Video chip, which is soldered onto the motherboard is failing.
    There are technicians that specialize in Reflowing a Video Chip. You do not have to take it to the Mac Genius. This will need this type of service
