Windows 10: Weird glitch at the bottom of my screen.

There's a weird glitch at the bottom of my screen that covers up anything down there. Sometimes it becomes mostly transparent, like when I'm playing certain games, other times it just stays there like that. I've tried resetting my computer, to various degrees and extents, but nothing's changed about it. Sometimes it flickers and it tends to mirror images of my previous tabs.

Weird screen glitch

As you can see in the picture, there are weird screen glitches covering text. Some games are also unplayable. I feel like it has something to do with the graphics card and rendering. Any help is appreciated! Here's another link: why
