Windows 10: Weird internet windows 11 bug or no idea

So i did the windows 11 update.The problem is that the 'network' connect its bugged i thinkIts in one 'case' with sound and if i click it i cannot normally connect to the internet from the taskbar icon , because it opens network and internet settings.... instead i have to hop into internet settings and manually connect from there ... not like i win 10Is there a fix for this ?

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.

  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
