Windows 10: weird noises when initially starting a game.

I don't know how long this has been going on for without me noticing, but ever since the ending of august ive been experiencing weird noises whenever im at the intro credits for a game. It's really hard to describe the sounds but their sorta like generic futuristic computer noises. Whats even weirder is that where it occurs seems to vary. Sometimes it straight up doesn't appear for some games,sometimes it appears in cutscenes as well as the intro credits, and other times it only shows up in the intro credits. These noises appear to only happen once though. I went through some games hearing the bloop during the opening and never hearing it again. Ive tried disabling my sound card, using other sound cards, switching drivers, and updating drivers but the noise is still there. Windows is also fully updated. Any help would be appreciated!

I have heard of something like this before (only a suggestion) try reinstalling your network adapter.

Let’s check what is causing that weird sound on your laptop.

Based on the link that you had provided, it seems that it’s either your CPU fan or Hard drive which is creating that sound.

Close all applications and check in task manager for any high usage of resources by any process.

• Take note of any Applications that are taking High CPU usages and try to disable it if it’s not that important.

Step 2: Start your computer in Safe Mode

Safe mode will start computer with basic drivers to check what might be causing the issue in normal functioning of computer. Check if the weird sounds are still happening.

Step 3: Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter

• Press Windows + W, and type troubleshooting.
• From the search list, click on troubleshooting.
• On the left pane click on view all to get the list.
• Click on hardware and devices troubleshooter.
• Follow the on screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting.

Hardware and device troubleshooter is an inbuilt troubleshooter that will find the issues with hardware devices and try to fix them automatically.

Weird buzzing noise in headphones and speakers while in games


So I'm on the same setup I have always been... Nothing was changed. On Windows 7 I had no problem, on 8.1 it started and now on W10 I still can't get rid of it.
Anytime I'm in game, no matter what game, I get this weird buzzing/humming/screeching noise that won't stop. It happens both on my built in speakers of the screen I'm using (Samsung SyncMaster P2770HD) and on my headphones (Razer Kraken). I even tried to plug my Sennheiser ear-phones to see if it has anything to do with that. Still noise.
I tried switching plugs, uninstalling Realtek Audio Drivers, reinstalling Nvidia drivers, playing with all kinds of settings in game and Windows-wise. I just can't figure out what the problem is.

My specs:
i5 - 4460, GTX 970 G1, 8GB Ram, Gigabyte H97 Motherboard.
I'm on the latest Windows 10 version with the latest drivers installed.
