Windows 10: Weird random news pop-ups on desktop

Hello,So I have recently noticed some weird NEWS pop-upsin a grey box with white font that show up randomly on my desktop in random times and random spots. I have tried scanning for malwares/adwares/viruses with different antivirus/antimalware programs, but to no avail. I have recently installed a lot of old indie games, so I don't really know which one might be the culpritif any, I also have installed a program called Eraser. I have a licensed windows 11 PRO version 10.0.22621 that is supposedly up to date. PS: I have recently had a problem with Edge browser being managed by an organizati

annoying desktop pop ups

Pop ups can be distracting for some, and depending on your reference, you can disable the desktop pop ups by following these steps:

• Click Start or the Windows logo and go to Settings (gear icon).
• Go to System and choose Notification & actions.
• Under Notifications, turn off Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows or whatever you want to turn off.
• Close the window and it will automatically save the changes.

A random window is popping up

We request that you file this or up-vote an existing feature suggestion using the Windows Feedback Hub app. To submit a new feedback/suggestion, you can follow the steps provided below:

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback Hub app or press and hold Volume
  Down+Power button for about 2-3 secs to launch the Feedback Hub app.
