Windows 10: Welcome screen get through serious issue

Hi, everything was going well with my windows 10 lenovo laptop till I left it unused for a few minutes and the screen went to sleep mode. When I woke it up - Now I am on welcome screen, as soon as I tap a key or cursor the screen goes blank and reappears in a minute. This loop is continuous. There is no Start Button appearing on the bottom right corner. F8 or FnF8 or Windows logo +X or + any button is not working. When I press hardware start button the machine shutsdown. When putting to start again same loop. Please Help!

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
