Windows 10: We've got an update for you, can't click on anything.

Just today i got this dialogue box and i was unable to click on any of the options in the dialogue box. What's worse is that the computer didnt even restart at the scheduled time. I had to navigate to an elivated cmd prompt using my keyboard to restart the computer. Who thought it was a good idea to completely disable mouse selection with this dialogue box? Its idiotic design to make it impossible to interact with anything in the background and had i been working on something, I would have lost my work. How do i disable this dialogue box from ever appearing again?

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

PLEASE HELP!!!

EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????
