    What are the program programs in the startup tab in taskmgr.exe? 21ea06a7-1cf4-44a3-8c42-4974c87a9977?upload=true.png I saw the startup page and there are 3 program programs open file location and properties are grayed out. i diasabled them and i want to know what they are

    Hi Sajan,

    Open Control Panel - Programs and Features

    Do you See an application named Wallpaper Engine or something like that?

    If so uninstall it

    Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager

    Click on the Startup Tab

    See if Wallpaper32.exe is listed there

    If it is, select it and click 'Disable'

    Close Task Manager

    Click your Start Button, type msconfig and hit Enter

    When the System Configuration dialog opens, click on the Services Tab

    Check the box marked 'Hide Microsoft Services'

    In the remaining list See if Wallpaper32.exe is listed there, uncheck any you find

    Click Apply and OK

    Restart your System . . .

    Add set default tab on program load option.

    Ok thats what i thought you meant. This would work if i were using a shortcut to open the program but i am not so it wont work. I have the program set to open on windows startup in the options menu.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
