    What can i do if support ticket has not been answered or looked at . Open almost a month...


    HelloI open a ticket with Entra support regarding firewall issue causing intune devices go to pending. I open the ticket first week of December and have not heard anything back. asked for updates. Called and still nothing. This is getting to point I need a solution. Any thoughts. how or maybe who can contact to see how to get the resolved.
