Windows 10: What can I do?

So to improve the performance of my PC, I disabled background apps, start up apps, changed to high performance, made games favor integrated gpu, and installed new ram and even set all animations off, transparency, and turned off every visual performance setting that I can.What else can I do to improve game fps for games like mc? I already have mc all at the lowest settings, when I record for YT I have to make the windows small and run razer cortex to get a solid 30 fps and even then it has large drops.I understand it's a quad core Intel Pentium n3700I think that's the nameBut there must
