Windows 10: what do i do.

i had factory restet my frends computer she just got for her and now there is an error message saying the computer restated unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. windowa installation cannot proceed. to install windows click ok to restart the computer and restart the installation. I have hit okay many times and every time it brings me back to this same message. i cant access any thing because it wont get pst this screen.
