Windows 10: What do I download as my Windows Update Reset tool?

So I got this

error every time I try to install an update. I clicked on 'get help' and I was made to run these commands on the command prompt with administrator settings:

• [COLOR=rgba243, 242, 241, 1]

That didn't work so now it tells me to download an windows update reset tool as follows:

Windows updates...

Oh. Your "Registry" must have gotten screwed up FLY3R. If for some reason you couldn't download your updates I suppose you could go to the update site, and run throught the steps 'till it fails activation. Then you could go up to "Tools > Manage Add ons > then disable "Windows Genuine Advatage Validation Tool." Of course you should only use this method if you are having problems updating your legitamate copy of Windows XP. Perhaps do to a corrupted piece of software? *Smile

Windows 10 forced download

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.
