Windows 10: What happen with my apps?

So I recently upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10 recently, and I find that most of my apps cannot even start. It gives error "Invalid count -1513636770", and then shut down and the app won't start again no matter how I try to open it. What the heck happen? Not even an info on Google too. Why is the error appears, and how to fix it?

I also find that all my Japanese games cannot be played using Applocale anymore. It gives error when I double click, as usuall, but when I use Applocale, not thing happens!!! This has never happened before, is there anything wrong with Applocale, or with the windows?


And also, File explorer's speed is terribly slow, how can I speed it up because I'm using an SSD, but its loading speed makes me feel really sleepy.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

App unavailability

Hi,

We'd like to know if this happening on all of the apps in the Windows Store in your PC? If yes, we suggest resetting your PC. Please follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Choose System.
• Select Apps and features.
• Choose Store.
• Click on Advanced options.
• Then, Click Reset.
• Restart your PC and check if it helps resolved the concern.

If it's not happening to all of the apps, we suggest getting in touch with the app developer and ask assistance.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
