Windows 10: what i think is Driver Error for the PowerColor AMD Radeon rx 5700

I am currently on AMD Radeon version 19.11.3, after attempting a previously unstable version. Before then, I was on the most current version, 20.4.2.

GPU made by PowerColor, part of the Red Dragon line.

RAM rated to run at 3200, but I pushed it back to stock 2666.

All drivers have been updated, except for said GPU driver.

I am still experiencing crashes with this card and at this point, I do not know why. Crashes are either BSOD or solid green screens.

Many crashes are accompanied by these in the Reliability Monitor:

Using Driver Verifier hasn't worked, as no codes have come up during crashes, although it does crash on boot.

Please let me know what additional information I need to provide to work through this.At this point, I am considering switching to a RTX 2060 Super or RTX 2070.
