    I got a annotation that Device Census is using my camera. What is it doing with my camera? Does it open up the camera for other applications?

    I've turned off the camera as well as turned off the "Let Apps us my camera hardware". I have turned off all the feedback I can, and I continue to get the same message that Device Census is using the webcam! I want too kill this whole feedback, but obviously
    Microsoft won't allow that.
