Windows 10: What is exception code 0xc0000096?

So let's say a program closes with exception code 0xc0000005. Easy to find out that it means there was an illegal memory address access. What about 0xc0000096? I can't find anything on what it means when a program crashes with that code. It's also accompanied by an extra event in Event Viewer saying that the faulting application tried to find a blank file.

Application error 0xc0000096 on Windows 10

This week, after I have installed some Windows 10 update (KB4457128) on my Acer laptop, when I open Google, I get this Windows application error message: "The exception Privileged instruction. (0xc0000096) occurred in the application at location 0x00000000777108813.
Click on Ok to terminate the program."

While clicking on Ok removes that screen message, I don't want to see it every time I open Google. What can be done to fix this?

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
