Windows 10: what is ImgSync and imag8.pubmatic.com and how to get rid of it

what is ImgSync and imag8.pubmatic.com and how to get rid of it? I've tried Defender, Malwarebytes, etc. When I search for imgsync my system indicates that it is located at 4 places. When I go to those areas to try and delete it, it tells me that it is not there??? Running Windows/10. Help

imgsync, image 8 pubmatic, i keep getting this popup at the bottom of the screen to download, how do i get rid of this? I tried afull defender scan and still comes up and also malware bytes. please help this is annoying,

Surprised Malwarebytes did not remove it….

Any new browser extensions that need to be disabled/removed?
