Windows 10: What is internal memory management features?

I read Tuning IBM System x Servers for Performance and I got to a section where it was talking about the file and printer properties and how you modify the memory settings like network applications,file sharing,Ballance and minimize memory used then it brought up the performance properties where we would modify processor scheduling and memory usage. I read that when maximize data through put for network applications is filled in is best for "Better for application servers and those with internal memory management features"

Hi,

I tried connecting my phone to the pc after the disappointment of managing the internal memory through phone options but there is hone,it does not have any options like internal and external memory settings. Even after pc connected it does not show any files
in phone memory and u can not add/delet any app/file be accesing it.

does any one have solution on this,how to manage internal memory ?

Can anyone assist me. I keep getting a blue screen error (Video memory management internal) randomly while using my laptop. Can you help me fix this or tell me the cause?
