Windows 10: What is new in June-July in Microsoft Forms

Recently we have brought more innovative capabilities to help users create forms faster and more professionally. Microsoft Forms now intelligently offers theme recommendations and supports section branching, one of the most demanded features by the users. We also continue bringing Forms closer to other everyday Office apps to help users stay in the flow and create quizzes and polls right where they are – Quick Poll add-in is now available for Outlook app and users can now create a quiz from Outlook.com. Read on to learn more.

Branching: Branching is now available in forms with sections. It provides more flexibility for Forms designers to manage their survey structures and responders can get more focused when filling out the survey with conditioning questions supported. Learn more about Section in this article.

Note: this feature is now rolling out to Office 365 customers and will be completed in early August.

Theme recommendation: Theme brings delight to responders and designers. It makes forms very customized and relevant to the responder. Done right, it also helps to improve the response rate. The theme recommendation feature aims to provide a theme recommendation based on the user title input. Learn more about theme recommendation in this article.

Quick Poll add-in in Outlook and Outlook.com: Microsoft Quick Poll, an Add-in for Outlook, helps you create an instant, real-time poll in seconds, without losing time and leaving your favorite email app. In the body of your Outlook email, add questions and options, and then decide if you want to accept single or multiple answers. Once you send the message, recipients can vote directly in the email or click on the handy included link and vote in a browser window. Create a quiz directly from Office.com

We have been bringing Microsoft Forms closer to places familiar to Office 365 users. Earlier in March, Forms was integrated deeper with Office.com allowing users to create a new form, find existing form, or search a form on Office.com. From now on, users can also directly create a new quiz starting from this familiar place.

Microsoft announces 100% integration of Office.com and Microsoft Forms

We are thrilled to announce 100% integration of Office.com and Microsoft Forms for our commercial and consumer customers! This means multiple ways for you to create a new form, find an existing form, or search for a form in the suite header of Office.com.

To create a new form, click New, and then choose Forms survey.

To access existing forms, go to the Recent tab under Documents.

You can also search for an existing form by title.

Updated portal and new languages for Microsoft Forms

Today, we’re introducing several updates to Microsoft Forms, including improvements to the Forms portal, more languages and right-to-left reading support.

We are introducing significant improvements to the Forms portal page. With the new design, users will see a snapshot of each form, which includes the form title, background image and number of responses. The new search box, on the upper right corner, will help users quickly find a form either by its title or owner’s name.

More languages and right-to-left reading support

With this update, we’re introducing 26 new languages to Forms—bringing the total to 68 languages. We are also enabling RTL (right-to-left) reading support for Hebrew and Arabic users, so users can create and respond to forms, as well as view forms results.

Create your own form or quiz

Educators can easily create a new form or quiz, add questions, customize settings, share their forms and check on the results. Just follow these simple steps:

Sign in and create a new survey form or quiz form.

Adjust the settings for the form.

Share the form with others.

Check the form results.

EVGA GTX 2xx series Reinbursement Service

XFX started it and Evga is doing the same. Evga is starting its own reinbursement program for those who bought the Evga 2xx series when they first came out. All you have to do is follow a few steps.

Must be a new purchase from an authorized EVGA reseller. Step-ups do not qualify.

You have 14 days to register and upload a qualified invoice to claim your EVGA Bucks.

Only customers who purhased the EVGA GTX 280 or GTX 260 at the full Manufactured Suggested Reatil Price (MSRP) will qualify for the Reimbursement Program.

If between June 16th and July 7th you purchased an:

EVGA GTX 260 you will receive $75.00 in EVGA Bucks* or $60.00 Cash Back

EVGA GTX 280 you will receive $150.00 in EVGA Bucks* or $125.00 Cash Back
