What is the purpose of "Other User" on the login screen (Domain Env)

I have a Windows 10 pro environment, and the other user option is default, and it requires users to enter a Domain Username and Password to login, exactly what it should do.
Maybe you need a fresh install, possibly a pre configured ISO deployment (MSDT) from your company?
