Windows 10: What is: "USB\VID_8087&PID_0AAA\5&2ffe2fb5&0&14" ??

I've been having issues with my Bluetooth for weeks now and I am at wits' end trying to find a solution for this f'ing problem.I had a Logitech Mouse connected via Bluetooth that would randomly disconnect from the laptop Asus X571GT. I thought it was the mouse. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Intel Bluetooth drivers, the Asus Bluetooth drivers. Doing the Troubleshooting, nothing worked.I noticed every time the Bluetooth disappeared under the Device Manager, this 'unknown usb device descriptor request failed' driver would appear under the USB dropdown menu.I tried this solut

Unfortunately I had to do a restore to factory reset because of a software glitch I could not resolve not because of hardware.

All hardware worked fine prior to reset.

Everything but my Bluetooth restored fine. The following is reported in the Device Manager.

Bluetooth Device USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2A\5&17ca1cbd&0&3 requires further installation.

I have gone to HP and to Intel to update to the latest drivers for my installed hardware.

But it still won't start.

Any help?

I have Windows 10 on my laptop,since doing a Bluetooth update,I have lost Bluetooth connection even thought items are paired (worked fine,give or take prior to update),system says all working okay,pictures will not upload from phone.I cam transfer from phone
to phone,so problem I think lies with Bluetooth on my Dell laptop . When I look into Device manager I can see 'Device USB\VID_8087&PID_07DC\5&14b5537a&0&6 requires further installation.' stated,what does this mean please and what is the problem,

Being a bit green and a technophobe ,please appreciate any help in basic replies/English. I have Googled and been all around the houses,nothing is working HELP!!!!
