Windows 10: What is wrong with her computer?!

Ok so i built a gaming computer for my wife last year around tax time. specs: ryzen 3 APU, 16gb corsair ram, gigabyte AB350N mini-itx mobo, cooler master 500w power supply and a silicon power 240gb ssd, running windows 10. im having to restore windows again for the 3rd time. she turned it off last night and it didnt shut all the way down it was still illuminated and powered on but no display then we went to bed and when i woke up her pc was saying "select proper boot device" 3rd time its done this. the second time i had to completely reinstall windows, im at a loss with this pc, i have no idea what part is the problem. the power supply has recently been replaced even.(due to the last one crapping out on us, causing the second boot issue.) i just built this computer and im having so many issues. it will randomly restart sometimes too, or if the pc is moved or bumped it restarts. i built my self a computer 2 years ago and have had none of these issues, or any at all. but her pc has just been a headache. does anybody have any ideas as to why this could be happening?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

I request you to try the following steps:



Uninstall and Reinstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

Step 1: Uninstall the Graphics Card
Drivers

• 
  Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
  
• 
  Search for the Graphics Card
  from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers
  from the computer.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.
  

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.



Update Driver Software from the Manufacturer’s website:



Step 2: Go to the Computer or Graphics Card
manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the
Graphics Card model and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.
