Windows 10: What kind of services can cause issues?

My laptop keeps freezing randomly for few seconds. I tried to find the cause of the problem and I foumd out, it can only be a windows issue. I checked my hardware, everything was fine. I also factory reseted it and the issue still remains. I recently disabled sysmain and it's a bit better now. My os is Windows 10 pro 1909.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Location service is greyed out

Sorry for the inconvenience caused for you, I suggest you to try the below troubleshooting steps and check If it helps.

Step 1: Steps to turn on the Location settings.

• Login as an administrator.
• Press Windows key, type Location settings and select
  Change location settings.
• Check whether Location for this device is On by clicking on
  Change.
• Also turn on Location as well.

Step 2: And as you are unable to set the service Geolocation service to automatic, I suggest you to run SFC scan and check.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start button, click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  After the scan, restart the computer and check for the issue.
  

Try to set the service to automatic by following the steps provided in the above post by Praveen Venugopal.

Audio Service is not running..

Did you follow the steps in the link I posted? You have to uninstall both the device and the driver. Your problem is with the service and not following the steps, will cause issues.
