Windows 10: What should I do?

Discus and support What should I do? in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I just factory reset my PCwin10 x64 then my pc restart by itself.     I just factory reset my PCwin10 x64 then my pc restart by itself. I already wait for 30minutes and all I saw is only black screen. The question is should I just wait or restart my pc?
