Windows 10: what the **** is this ****

when i found out about win 11 it needed TPM 2.0. I entered into my Intel UEFI BIOS and activated it via Advanced Mode --> Advanced --> PCH-FW Configuration --> Firmware TPM.I checked out the Run commands "tpm.msc" and "msinfo32" and it said that TPM 2.0 is working.Going to the Insider Program... "Your PC does not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11". That message again. With TPM 2.0.what the ****. i activated tpm 2.0 and secure boot and my pc still says that i can't run it. ****
