Windows 10: What To Do When Windows 10 Reset Is Stuck... with Incorrect WiFi Password

Hello, a few days ago, I attempted the process of resetting my PC Windows 10. During the reset process, I finally made it to a blue screen that asked for WI-FI credentials to complete the PC reset.At this step, I entered the wrong Wi-Fi password, and now my PC runs in loops, constantly trying to use the incorrect WiFi password. I've searched online for a solution that works, and been unsuccesful. I've trie manual commands and turning on and off the power... nothing works. How do I cancel the reset and start over? Or, what's the best course of action. I don't need to save any files on the
