Windows 10: What's this stuff?

I was just wandering in C:\Windows folder to search for a photo that was accidentally downloaded from my removable device today. I came across a folder named 'INF' in C:\Windows when I noticed that there were 2 files that I don't know about- c_fsantivirus.inf and c_fsantivirus.PNF in the INF folder. I know that fsantivirus is related to SAntivirus Segurazo Antivirus PUP. When I tried to delete them, it said I needed permission from TrustedInstaller to do this. I just checked in my brother's laptop to check if it's the leftover of SAntivirus. But there too, it showed the same files. Both our PCs were once attacked by SAntivirus, and on my PC, I successfully removed it before it installed its .exe file. In my brother's PC, we had to upgrade to 10 Pro.


Is this the leftover of the stupid PUP or is it a process of Windows? Some sites say both are TrustedInstaller and c_fsantivirus.inf and PNF processes, while some say it's a virus. I'm confused!


I only need to know what this is. If it's a virus, I'll tell after removing it in Safe Mode.

Shortcut key for "My Stuff" ?

Using Windows 10, here's the steps I'm taking to search for files on the computer:

• Click Start Menu (or tap the Windows key on the keyboard)
• Start typing a search term
• Click "My Stuff"
• When it finds your file, click it to make the file open
• If you want to open File Explorer and peruse similar files without opening files:
  • After clicking "My Stuff" (in Step 3) go to the bottom area under "Other places to look" and click "File Explorer"
  • File Explorer opens
  
  Question: I don't want to use the mouse to click "My Stuff" in step 3. Is there a shortcut key?

Option to search My stuff in Cortana missing

• When you say, "MY STUFF option or magnifying glass icon" exactly which option are you referring to?
• Have you made any changes to the system prior to this issue?

I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point and check if this helps.
To do so kindly follow the below given steps:
