    What's your imaging solution?

I know that a lot of folks here use Macrium reflect, but there must be others that use something else? Like Acronis True Image, Minitool Partition Wizard, Iperius Backup, or Clonezilla, and my favorite and the one that I use! EaseUS Todo Backup. There are many more to choose from out there. Some free most paid. So which one do you use and how often do you image your system?? ME! Once a week. At the end of the month, I delete the first 3 images and keep the fourth. Post a screenshot. I just did a clean install on my main system today and imaged it but forgot my updates. Ran updates and reimaged. I kept them both.

    :)

  2. [HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

  3. Looking for Live CD imaging solutions.

I need an imaging solution to back up mirrored raid array servers to another server on the network.

Most solutions are bit by bit. I've tried clonezilla, i'm not sure if it copied the whole thing or not, and it couldn't restore when i asked it. It didn't find the files. My supervisor asked for something that is more file by file than bit by bit so it is easier to expand the filesystem should we restore to a larger hard drive.

Any suggestions as to what to use.

    What's your imaging solution?

Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect

In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.
    1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
    2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
    3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination

    4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
    5. Boot up with your new HD.
