Windows 10: WHEA-Logger 18 & 46 etc HELP

Today i got this in a crash while a game was starting in LiveKernelReports\WHEAhttps://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1x2EuKE1fVkxTb_SPyAO9XmqMyihjWXHt?usp=sharingIll explain my setup, recently got 4 ram modules and one of them like started going bad but somehow cleaning it 4 times made them work ok, but in the process, as my pc wasnt starting got scared and on one of them i reseted the bios to check if that was the problem, eventually the pc started to work.The bad part is one of my old problems showed up again i had lower voltage in one of the cpu cores because it was crashing the syst

BSOD - WHEA Logger Event 46

Updated all the drivers & ran memtest. Returned 0 errors on the full 4 passes. Tried to jump back into a game and same BSOD & WHEA logger event 46.

BSOD with WHEA Event 16 & 18 !!

I keep getting WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR aswell as these in the Event Viewer. Event 46 happens everytime I BSOD, but Event 18 only happened once!
